Policies

Salon Guarantee: We offer 100% guarantee on all services within the first 2 weeks after they were performed. Corrective color may require more them one service to achieve desired results. Stylist will determine all guarantees. Addition changes may apply for hair length, texture and density. If you are not completely satisfied with products purchased you may exchange or receive salon credit only. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, as we appreciate your business.

Appointment/Cancelation: Appointments are recommended but are not necessary. To ensure desired date and time we recommended that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. So we may accommodate the needs of other clients.

Children: For the safety and comfort of all our clients children are not allowed on the salon floor unless they are having a service. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Gift Certificates are available. There will a fee of $25.00 on all returned checks.
